Compliance Officer

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities include understanding peak margin, quarterly settlement, and MTF processes to address queries/alerts from the exchange. This requires a deep understanding of market mechanisms and regulations.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for handling audits mandated by NSE and BSE, implementing new circulars issued by SEBI/Exchanges/Depositories/PFRDA, and ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
Additionally, this role involves preparing and disseminating a compliance calendar to stakeholders, handling on-site and off-site inspections, and maintaining a monthly governance dashboard for management review.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
