About the Role

The role of a Senior Compliance Officer - Membership is to oversee and ensure that all membership compliance activities are performed in accordance with Exchange rules and regulations. This position will support the team in achieving a no-error work environment.

This is a challenging opportunity for an individual who wants to make a significant impact on our organization's success. As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for handling new membership applications, ongoing membership compliance, and membership termination.

  • New Membership Applications: You will be responsible for scrutinizing membership documents, including legal documents, for new applications, changes in member entity details, and annual returns.
  • Ongoing Compliance: You will perform regular audits and reviews to ensure that all members are in compliance with Exchange rules and regulations.
  • Membership Termination: You will be responsible for ensuring that all membership terminations are handled in accordance with Exchange rules and regulations.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
