This role involves driving business growth, expanding our client base, and establishing strategic partnerships.
About the Job:- Pitch and close clients for branding, social media, performance marketing, website development, content creation, and creative video production/ad production services
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads; travel for in-person meetings to secure new business opportunities
- Pitch our services to other agencies for white-label/co-pitch tie-ups; build and nurture a network of partner relationships
- Enhance existing pitch decks, proposals, and statements of work (SOWs); price projects with the creative/strategy team; present convincingly online and offline
- Maintain accurate records of lead progression; send timely follow-ups and track conversions from lead to meeting to proposal to win
- Achieve weekly meeting and monthly revenue targets; provide regular status updates and next steps
- 1-3 years experience in agency/business development or B2B sales (exceptional freshers with strong drive also considered)
- Excellent communication skills and confident pitching in English and Hindi
- Strong presentation skills (Google Slides/PowerPoint) and comfort with basic spreadsheets/CRM hygiene
- Persistence, structured follow-ups, and ability to build trust quickly
- Willingsness to travel locally for meetings; professional grooming and punctuality
