Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile projects by supporting Scrum Masters, Product Owners and development teams to meet project milestones.
  • Coordinate collaboration between internal Agile teams and external stakeholders to align on project objectives.
  • Manage Agile project documentation including sprint plans, product backlogs, user stories and retrospectives.
  • Track sprint progress, impediments and dependencies; escalate issues and coordinate resolution to maintain project velocity.
  • Organize and lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Support release planning and deployment activities in collaboration with DevOps and QA teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies promoting continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in project coordination or management with at least 3 years in Agile software development environments.
  • Strong communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar platforms.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting Scrum or Kanban teams.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various levels effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
  • Experience working in software development industries.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices.
