Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordination Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break projects into manageable tasks and set realistic timeframes.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee project procurement management.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
  • Use tools to track working hours, plans, and expenditures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

Requirements:

  • Able to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
