Project Coordination Role

This position involves overseeing the execution of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have expertise in coordinating multiple tasks, managing project timelines, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

  • Proficiency in understanding 2D/3D drawings across various disciplines.
  • Able to identify design discrepancies and foresee potential execution risks.
  • Responsible for validating and reviewing work orders, BOQs, and drawings.
  • Prepare detailed project schedules highlighting inter-dependencies of various tasks.
  • Audit site work through regular inspections and remote monitoring with quality control.
  • Ensure all quality and timeline-related requirements are met.

The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and a high level of ownership and learning aptitude. Experience in managing projects in a similar field is desirable.

Key Qualifications:

  • Management Graduate or Construction Management degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong Project Management background with 6+ years of experience.
  • Ability to assess design feasibility and visualize on-site conditions.
  • Process-driven approach with quick problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
