Project Management Role Overview Job Title: Project Manager About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to oversee and manage projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning sessions and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
  • Coordinate with staff and internal resources to meet project objectives.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure projects meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, maintaining confidentiality and security.
  • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects that align with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.

8-11 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Proficiency in German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Experience in managing medium to large projects, with a focus on budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable, but not essential.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with project management software tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
