Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the execution of project milestones, ensuring timely delivery of results. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Business Project Manager to drive forward projects, align priorities, and address potential blockers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project governance standards and frameworks to maintain adherence.
  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact for projects, facilitating communication between stakeholders.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders via reports or slide decks.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Partner with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately, tracking them through to resolution.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level IT projects in a global environment.
  • Familiarity with Coupa, SAP, and Oracle systems, along with their integration points.
  • Strong stakeholder management, escalation handling, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
