Job Title: Premier Support Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our sales and service team with documentation, proposal preparation, lead coordination, and presales operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in MS Office and eager to learn and grow in a technical/engineering sales environment.

  • Prepare sales documents, quotations and client proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance) for presales requirements.
  • Maintain CRM/sales databases with up-to-date client and opportunity information.
  • Support tender/bid documentation and compliance checks.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Generate periodic reports on sales pipeline and presales activities.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day support for the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Business / Commerce / Engineering / or related field.
  • Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in presales / sales coordination / back-office support.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
