Procurement Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our team in driving end-to-end procurement processes with 100% accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Requisition Validation: Review and validate purchase requisitions and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and improve overall efficiency of procurement processes.
  • Team Oversight: Oversee a team of 6-8 procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Manage vendor relationships and track product delivery to meet customer needs.
  • Cost Reduction Strategies: Support cost reduction initiatives by analyzing market trends and making data-driven recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in procurement operations and sourcing, with at least 3 years of team management experience.
  • Strong communication and client service skills, with experience using eProcurement tools like Ariba, SAP, or Oracle.
