Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our recruitment efforts and attract top talent to our organization.

This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent business partnering skills, analytical expertise, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, developing and executing strategic hiring plans, and partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leadership.

They will leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes, reduce time-to-hire, and provide consultative support to hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment experience), ideally with corporate recruiting experience and full life cycle recruiting expertise.
  • Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels, including senior leaders and hiring managers.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics.
  • Ability to consult with hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges, and market trends.
