A dynamic and ambitious professional is invited to apply for the role of Human Resource Manager at our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end human resources function at our plant. Key responsibilities include:
- Talented recruitment specialists will source and hire top talent for all plant-level positions (blue-collar and staff).
- Liaise with local contractors and labor vendors to manage manpower supply.
- Develop engaging employee onboarding and induction sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Address grievances of workmen and staff promptly, ensuring timely resolution.
- Implement innovative employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain healthy industrial relations with contract workers and unions (if applicable).
Payroll & Compliance:
- Coordinate payroll processing with finance and vendors to ensure timely payments.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage statutory returns, inspections, and audits.
HR Operations:
- Accurately maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and prepare regular HR MIS reports.
- Handle documentation related to offer letters, confirmation, separation, and other essential HR processes.
Performance & Training:
- Support performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
- Identify training needs and organize skill development sessions to enhance employee skills.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Plant HR functions (preferably in a manufacturing setup).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
