- Collaborating with trainers to upskill based on real data and industry best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Developing SOPs, streamlining workflows, and accelerating editing without compromising quality, ensuring seamless processes
- Enhancing Jeeves scores, reducing rework, and contributing to the growth of internal editing adoption, amplifying business outcomes
Requirements include:
- 3-5 years of experience in virtual staging
- QA or team lead experience, leveraging leadership skills to drive results
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax, utilizing software expertise to deliver high-quality outputs
- A data-driven mindset and strong visual feedback skills, making informed decisions to drive progress
- A degree in Architecture, 3D Product Designing, or a related field, grounding your knowledge in design principles
