Job Description

This role involves the acquisition of new customers and the enhancement of existing relationships through cross-selling products and services. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a portfolio of classic customers, with the goal of increasing customer wallet size and retention.

Responsibilities
  1. Acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships through cross-selling products and services.
  2. Manage a portfolio of classic customers, with a focus on increasing customer wallet size and retention.
  3. Ensure that all accounts are activated and maintained according to product definition.
  4. Identify opportunities to sell asset products and third-party products to customers.
  5. Ensure that all interactions with customers are captured in CRM and tasks/leads are created accordingly.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
