Job Title: Relationship Manager - Bancassurance Sales

Reports To: Key Partnership Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Bancassurance Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling crop insurance products to the crop loan clients of Private Banks. This role requires a deep understanding of the Bancassurance sales process, particularly within the General Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with crop loan clients of Private Banks to promote and sell crop insurance products.

· Collaborate with Private Banks branch staff to identify and target potential clients.

· Conduct regular client meetings to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Bancassurance channel.

· Provide training and support to Private Banks branch staff on crop insurance products and sales techniques.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.

· Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Key Partnership Manager.

· Liaison with HO – Underwriting, Operations, Growth, IT on issues faced to get faster resolutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum of 8-9 years of experience in Bancassurance sales, with a focus on General Insurance.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in selling crop insurance products.

· Knowledge of the agricultural sector and crop loan processes.

· Familiarity with the regulatory environment for insurance sales in India.
