The role of a Senior Project Manager is a pivotal position for an experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. This individual will oversee the lifecycle of projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to luxury standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams comprising project management, construction, and interior design specialists.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive project plans, incorporating rigorous quality control measures.
  • Conducting site inspections and snagging exercises to guarantee compliance with international luxury benchmarks.
  • Resolving execution challenges proactively while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive value engineering initiatives and optimize costs without compromising design or finish.

The Senior Project Manager directly leads and integrates critical project teams: Project Management, Construction Management, and Interior Design.

They foster open communication, set clear goals, and ensure accountability among team members, driving collaborative problem-solving and innovation.

Financial Oversight & Contract Negotiation

The Senior Project Manager oversees project budgets, billing, and cost controls for all streams (civil, interiors, construction).

They negotiate contracts and navigate complex supply chains, mitigating risks, cost escalations, and delays through proactive measures.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or equivalent.

They possess 15+ years of experience in project and construction management, with at least 5 years in luxury projects.

Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality is strongly preferred, particularly in villas, resorts, high-end hotels, and malls.

The successful candidate demonstrates exceptional technical expertise across project management, construction, and interiors.

They exhibit robust problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
