Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive online lectures on Project Management and related areas.
  • Student Engagement and Support:
    • Foster a supportive and dynamic learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
    • Provide timely feedback and support to students, addressing their queries and facilitating their academic growth.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Project Management to incorporate into the curriculum.
    • Continuously improve the delivery experience to ensure that the student experience is world-class.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical training or education.
  • Proven background in Project Management, having held positions such as Project Manager or similar roles.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Passion for teaching and training.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver highly interactive and engaging lectures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Royal Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP).

Digital Proficiency in online teaching platforms and tools.
