Job Title: Project Director - Building Development

About the Role:

The Project Director - Building Development will be responsible for overseeing construction, fit-out of new showrooms, and related works. He/She will ensure adherence to launch plans, lead project teams at Khazana, and work closely with senior management and site engineers to execute expansion plans on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and obtain GFC for project sites.
  • Work with internal stakeholders for design approvals, material selection, and QS reports on material quantity and costs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by vendors according to approved parameters.
  • Oversee civil and interior-related projects across offices/branches and showrooms for renovation or new construction.
  • Execute projects across multiple locations efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Architects to develop store layouts and finalize designs with senior management.
  • Plan manpower allocation for construction sites.
  • Regularly review progress with the team.
  • Implement best practices and processes to deliver high-quality interior works.
  • Support the PMO in tracking and updating new store launch progress.
