SAP Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP Project Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP project execution, including planning, resource allocation, and delivery.
You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will also include coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
In addition, you will monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues ensuring timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP project execution from start to finish.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP project management and incident handling.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, MM, HCM).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SAP Solution Manager.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and SAP lifecycle methodologies.
