Senior Manager - Strategic Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team in a strategic project leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and collaboration.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading special projects directly overseen by the CEO, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and execution across various departments.

You will also be responsible for facilitating cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals.

We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, who is comfortable with domestic/overseas travel and has a strong analytical mindset.

A degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role is required.

  • Versatile Problem-Solver: Act as a versatile tool for solving any problem, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.
  • Content Development: Create compelling content/presentation decks and narratives for the CEO for both internal and external use.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
