Query Resolution & Problem Management
- Provide outstanding service and problem resolution, liaising with specialist teams as needed.
- Decode problems, curate solutions, and communicate resolutions through necessary documentation and training.
Program Success
- Assist Program Success Managers in developing success plans for customers.
- Monitor and facilitate customer adoption of solution features and metrics.
Requirements
- Graduate degree from a leading institute.
- 2+ years in a client success role for a B2B SAAS company and 5+ years of corporate experience.
- Experience with change management and process development.
