Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the hiring process, including partnering with recruiters and candidates, managing interview logistics, and maintaining candidate data in our applicant tracking system.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and calendar management activities to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Manage job postings internally and externally, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
  • Track and update candidate data in real-time, utilizing our ATS system.
  • Conduct background checks and manage requisition audits under the guidance of a TL.
  • Ensure excellent client, stakeholder, and candidate experience throughout the interview process.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, previous TA operations/administration experience, and strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software. A Bachelor's degree is required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and multitask is essential.

This role demands superior organizational and time management skills, as well as an understanding of confidentiality and professionalism. The successful candidate will be able to deliver results in a demanding environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in TA operations/administration.
  • Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
