We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Professional to join our team at Adit Innovation Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and consultants in the electronics and electrical systems industry.

Your primary goal will be to drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless project execution. To achieve this, you will work closely with our internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and consultants
  • Negotiating contracts and ensuring timely payment from customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

In addition to your sales expertise, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary package, which includes a base salary of ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
