Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Executive - Business Development to join our team at Chemmanur International Holidays And Resorts Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company to channel partners, end customers, and channel partner customers in sales-oriented activities, while driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing proposals and pitches to secure new channel partnerships.
  • Manage indirect quota, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely report submissions by channel partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Accounts, to plan and execute marketing programs and co-op activities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners, providing constructive feedback and guiding them to improve their sales skills and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in agency sales, with a strong understanding of insurance, vacation ownership, and real estate industries.
  • Education - Undergraduate, Bachelors or Masters Degree.
