
Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sous Chef to oversee the operational success of our culinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in authentic South Indian cuisine, with extensive experience managing high-volume kitchen environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred;
- Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in South Indian cuisine;
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control;
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in fast-paced environments;
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Senior Sous Chef to join a dynamic team and utilize their expertise to drive menu development, staff management, and overall kitchen operations.
Mandatory Requirements- Ability to relocate to Delhi after 6 months;
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development;

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment;
