
Senior Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our corporate sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales managers, driving new corporate tie-ups, and ensuring revenue growth through salary account acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the performance of the sales team, setting targets and monitoring progress.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, focusing on cross-selling and customer deepening initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and process adherence.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of company assets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence, using this knowledge to inform business decisions.
- 8-12 years of experience in banking or BFSI, preferably in corporate sales or leadership roles.
- Strong network of corporate connections, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- 2-3 years of experience in a team leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of industry trends and market analysis, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a business context.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
