Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries related to services offered over the internet by handling calls and emails in a timely manner.

They will respond to multiple calls or emails, gathering and verifying required information as appropriate.

Additionally, they will understand customers' reasons for contacting us and provide solutions following specified guidelines.

Our team member will empathize with customers and use soft skills when they are facing trouble with our services, focusing on finding suitable solutions.

They will gather all required information while working on customers' reasons for contacting and update tickets based on communication or escalate the same to concerned departments.

Our ideal candidate will also be open and responsive to consistent coaching, take an active role in performance planning and goal setting, and be flexible in an environment by championing and embracing change.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Comfort with and knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with superior typing speed
  • An unerring attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task answering numerous chats/calls and navigating smoothly between both mediums
  • A professional demeanor with the ability to take ownership of every chat, call, or email and find a solution for every customer
  • The ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working as part of a collaborative team

Qualification:

Any stream 12th Standard pass out, any stream Graduate, or Post Graduate with 18 years of age and excellent oral & written communication skills can apply.
