This role requires a professional with the ability to prepare and review commercial agreements for various business entities. The selected candidate will work closely with our operations, finance, and other teams to provide advisory services on executed contracts and negotiate and execute contract renewals, variations, and closures.

The ideal candidate should possess strong research skills and be able to prepare detailed notes on legal points related to business transactions. Additionally, the person will maintain accurate records of contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements: Review and draft high-quality commercial agreements that meet the needs of both parties involved in business transactions.
  • Negotiating and executing contract renewals, variations, and closures: Work closely with clients to negotiate and finalize contract renewals, variations, and closures.
  • Providing advisory services on executed contracts: Offer expert advice on executed contracts and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining MIS and records of contracts: Develop and maintain an accurate record-keeping system to track all contractual activities.
  • Undertaking research and preparing notes on legal points: Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed notes on legal points related to business transactions.
