We are seeking ambitious and energetic individuals to join our Sales team across India as Sales Trainees. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals looking to build a career in frontline sales, channel management, and retail execution.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills and expertise, working closely with distributor teams to ensure they are equipped with the right product and market knowledge. Your targets will include revenue, volume, product mix, and outlet activation, driving numeric reach and penetration by engaging new and existing retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with distributors and provide them with product knowledge training.
- Achieve sales targets related to revenue, volume, product mix, and outlet activation.
- Drive sales growth by engaging new and existing retail outlets.
- Ensure accurate billing and CRM usage for daily sales tracking.
- Support implementation of sales initiatives like Eeden and Shop Assistant programs.
Requirements:
- Graduates with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Passion for building a career in FMCG/B2C Sales.
