Job Title: Strategic Communication Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify key communication opportunities and optimize messaging for impact and relevance.

Media Relations Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and international media outlets.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate media coverage of achievements, projects and corporate activities.

Crisis Communication:

  • Develop crisis communication plans to mitigate risks to reputation.
  • Ensure preparedness for handling crises effectively with clear, concise and rapid communication responses.

Internal Communication:

  • Oversee internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization.
  • Foster employee engagement by ensuring transparent and consistent messaging.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Communication:

  • Manage communication strategies around CSR initiatives to highlight contributions to society.
  • Promote sustainability and social responsibility activities to enhance corporate reputation.

Content Development & Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee creation of high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, reports and digital platforms.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to communication standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations or media relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
