Transforming Human Resources Operations

We seek a seasoned and visionary HR leader to spearhead our company's Human Resources Operations.

This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, standardizing processes, and managing high-performing teams across multiple sites and locations.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and play a key role in shaping the HR operations framework aligned with our long-term goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Human Resources Operations, ensuring seamless execution across multiple sites and corporate teams
  • Mentor and manage Senior HR Leaders, fostering growth and development
  • Drive implementation and governance of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks, prioritizing employee experience
  • Own Employee Life Cycle Management, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Strengthen and scale HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms, enhancing data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions, mitigating risk and maintaining optimal standards
  • Proactively address grievance redressal, workplace practices, and policy implementation, promoting a positive work environment
  • Define and implement best practices in HR operations, focusing on standardization, efficiency, and employee satisfaction
  • Serve as a key liaison with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and business heads, facilitating effective communication and collaboration

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institution
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizations, demonstrating expertise and strategic vision

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations, ensuring seamless execution and growth
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design, and execution, coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level, while managing complex operational details, balancing competing priorities and demands
  • Must have experience reporting to CXO/CHRO level leadership, possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills
