We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Director to spearhead our online presence and drive growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This key role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing comprehensive campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Social Media Management: Design and implement a robust social media presence that engages and resonates with our target audience, enhancing brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Trend Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making data-driven decisions to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Growth Strategy & Innovation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, driving business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Experimentation & Conversion Optimization: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and A/B tests to enhance user experience, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal teams to develop compelling content, landing pages, and user experiences that align with our brand's mission and values.
