">"- To guarantee project success, the successful candidate will be expected to build lasting relationships with client executives (CxO, VP levels), and develop detailed account plans. The goal is to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic account mining activities as part of the North American sales team.
- A key aspect of this role is developing new business opportunities to help expand the company's presence in the market, while maintaining existing business. This requires creating marketing literature and web-based features that effectively promote our products and time-sensitive sales initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in acquiring new clients and integrating them into our operations, as well as increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Additionally, they should be able to attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to represent the company and its interests.
- An essential responsibility of this role is closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for presenting their findings to a technical team for implementation, and then to the client to ensure their expectations are met. Furthermore, they will need to develop effective sales strategies using proven methodologies and identify future project needs of clients to minimize engagement disruption.
- This role requires strong critical thinking skills to assure project success, as well as supporting team goals by participating in strategy meetings, including discussing pipelines, marketing strategies, and current challenges.
