
Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of account managers in managing business growth for key vendors on Amazon.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in digital advertising and client-facing roles, with expertise in data analysis and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience, as well as managing relationships with selling partners across the portfolio.
The role requires strong leadership skills, including recruiting and hiring efforts, as well as experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
A bachelor's degree is required, and 6+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of account managers, prioritizing strategic initiatives and providing escalation support as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
- Manage relationships with selling partners across the portfolio.
- Recruit and hire high-performing team members.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
