General Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our business growth, drive sales performance, and guide high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

Leadership & Development:

  • Mentorship: Train and mentor field teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Team Alignment: Ensure field teams align with marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Skill Enhancement: Support internal talent growth and performance management initiatives.

Execution Excellence:

  • KPIs and Metrics: Meet targets for doctor calls, MCR, KOL coverage, YPM, and other key performance indicators.
  • Marketing Strategies: Implement and execute marketing plans to drive business growth.
  • Competitive Insights: Monitor competitors and provide valuable insights for tactical adjustments.

KOL & Customer Management:

  • Key Opinion Leader Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key influencers and thought leaders.
  • Engagement ROI: Leverage effective KOL engagement and field presence to maximize returns on investment.

Product Development:

  • Brand Growth: Drive successful new product launches and grow existing second-line brands.
  • Reputation Management: Uphold our company's reputation and professionalism in all interactions.
