As a vital member of the educational team, Academic Mentors play a pivotal role in bolstering School Heads and Principals. They strengthen curriculum planning, delivery, and classroom transactions for enhanced effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and improvement of school infrastructure and facilities are key tasks. This includes optimizing usage of functional libraries, computer labs, Science labs, and energized classrooms.
  • Critical processes such as sports, drawing, and other student-centered activities and events are activated by these mentors.
  • Academic operations throughout the year and non-academic operations like sports day, annual day, republic day, community volunteering, PTM, etc. are smoothened by them.
  • Supporting teachers through interactive sessions is an integral part of their role.
  • Tech support to teachers on subject-specific skills is extended by these mentors.
  • Difficult concepts are tackled, and need-based refresher training is conducted.
  • Planning the entire academic year, including curriculum rollout, remedial assessments, and monitoring processes, is supported.

Suitable candidates will have a Master's degree in Business Administration or Social Work with 2-8 years of experience in the social sector and a strong understanding of education principles.
