Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Academic Mentor to join our team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting School Heads and Principals to enhance curriculum planning, delivery, and classroom interactions.

Your responsibilities will include optimizing the usage and improvement of school infrastructure, such as working toilets, functional libraries, computer labs, science labs, and energized classrooms. You will also facilitate critical processes like sports, drawing, and student-centered activities and events.

You will streamline academic operations throughout the year and non-academic operations like sports day, annual day, republic day, community volunteering, PTM, etc. Additional responsibilities include reporting to the Project Implementation team, providing technical support to teachers on subject-specific skills, and extending support in planning the entire academic year including curriculum rollout, remedial assessments, and ongoing monitoring and mentoring.

  • Support School Heads and Principals to strengthen curriculum planning, delivery, and classroom transactions for improved effectiveness.
  • Optimize the usage and improvement of school infrastructure and facilities.
  • Facilitate critical processes such as sports, drawing, and other student-centered activities and events.
  • Smoothen academic operations throughout the year.
  • Provide technical support to teachers on subject-specific skills.
  • Extend support in planning the entire academic year including curriculum rollout, remedial assessments, and ongoing monitoring and mentoring.
