Qualifications ExperienceEducational Background MBA MCA BE B Tech MSc in Computer Science or a related field Professional Experience Minimum 6 years of experience in data analytics insights generation or business intelligence At least 4 years of hands-on work with Power BI including dashboard development and data modeling Experience working within government education e-governance ed-tech or e-commerce sectors preferred Proven ability to deliver interactive stakeholder-focused dashboards in a multi-functional environment Exposure to state-level digital governance programs will be considered an added advantage Proven ability to manage teams and supervise other Data Analysts Experience working with Microsoft Fabric paginated reports RLS Quicksights dashboards etc Key Skills Know-HowVisualization BI Tools Proficiency in Power BI with additional experience in Metabase Tableau Quick Insights and Google Analytics Technical Skills Strong command over SQL Python advanced Excel and Google Sheets experience handling large-scale complex datasets Data Engineering Practices Solid understanding of data cleaning transformation integration and pipeline management Communication Influence Excellent ability to present insights visualize complex data in intuitive formats and influence senior stakeholders through storytelling Insights Analytical Thinking Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights and strategic narratives Skilled at identifying KPIs aligned with program goals and stakeholder expectations Experience in trend identification outlier analysis and pattern recognition across multi-dimensional datasets Capable of formulating hypotheses designing A B tests or correlation models and validating assumptions using statistical techniques Expertise in building data stories that contextualize performance metrics reveal root causes and guide decision-making Comfort working in ambiguity able to ask the right questions frame analytical approaches and drive insight discovery independently Functional Expertise Design and implement insight generation frameworks aligned with programmatic and governance objectives Build and maintain live interactive dashboards that monitor performance risk and progress indicators Collaborate with stakeholders to define data objectives measurement strategies and key data collection points Interpret the existing data infrastructure of central and state-level digital systems Lead the analysis of educational program datasets including student teacher attendance transfers MDM linkage and application usage Contribute to the transition integration and sustainability of Vidya Samiksha Kendra VSK platforms Build automated reporting solutions and deep-dive analytics using a blend of Power BI Python Metabase and SQL Communication Cross-functional Interaction Interface with product managers central leadership and state education officials to align data efforts with program goals Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless technical delivery and data pipeline optimization Support technical integration efforts with various directorates and newly developed applications Partner with the State MIS teams to deliver statistical summaries analytical briefs and capacity-building support Effectively communicate statistical findings insights and recommendations to both technical and
