Job Title Project Analyst Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Analyst to join our team The primary role of the Project Analyst is to support our project management operations by meticulously collecting and analyzing data from various work sites You will be responsible for creating comprehensive daily progress reports that are crucial for tracking project milestones resource consumption and overall efficiency The ideal candidate will have exceptional Excel skills including the ability to automate processes through basic programming Key Responsibilities Data Collection Systematically collect and consolidate daily records from multiple project sites including details on work completed materials consumed labor hours and equipment usage Reporting Compile and generate accurate Daily Progress Reports DPRs and other periodic reports for management highlighting key metrics achievements and potential delays Data Analysis Analyze site data to identify trends discrepancies and areas for improvement in productivity and resource allocation Process Automation Develop and maintain Excel-based tools and dashboards to streamline data collection and reporting processes Coordination Liaise effectively with site supervisors and project managers to ensure the timely and accurate flow of information Record Keeping Maintain an organized and accessible database of all site records and reports for future reference and auditing purposes Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
