About the Role :
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be the guardian of Salesforce customer data quality. From data matching, duplicate resolution, bulk imports, cleansing, validation, to process improvemen your contribution will directly impact reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
This is a hands-on role involving high-volume data activities while also providing opportunities for knowledge transfer, documentation, and training to help scale best practices across teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Salesforce Data Matching & Validation using Data Loader, Import Wizard, Reports & matching rules
- Detecting and resolving duplicates while maintaining data integrity
- Preparing, cleaning & executing bulk data imports
- Data cleansing & quality assurance (standardization, filling missing values, governance)
- Documentation of processes & generating data quality metrics/reports
- Collaborating with admins, IT & business stakeholders for data governance enforcement
- Training and knowledge transfer to build scalable data quality processes
- Ensuring compliance with data security & privacy regulations (GDPR/HIPAA)
Qualifications :
years as a Data Analyst/Data Quality Specialist with a focus on customer data
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, duplicate management, imports, reporting)
- Strong Excel skills & Salesforce Data Loader expertise
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable with repetitive but business-critical tasks
- Excellent communication & documentation skills
