Job Summary :

PujaSamadhan is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to help us make data-driven decisions across our operations, from service booking and priest management to customer experience and inventory.

You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (e.g., website traffic, booking systems, customer feedback, inventory).

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to bookings, customer retention, service quality, and platform performance.

- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for process improvement, revenue generation, and cost reduction.

- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and management in a clear and compelling manner.

- Support A/B testing efforts and analyze results to optimize user experience and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications :

- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
