Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced product leader to join our team. As a senior product manager, you will play a key role in driving the strategy, development, and execution of financial products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision & Roadmap:
    • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Execution & Delivery:
    • Lead agile product development cycles, working closely with engineering, design, and QA teams.
    • Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Define and track metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, revenue) to measure success.

You will be responsible for overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 10-14 years of experience in product management with 4-5 years experience in BFSI domain.
  • Technical acumen: Ability to collaborate with engineers on APIs, data models, and scalability.
  • Analytical skills: Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams.
