About Performance Marketing Job

This role involves creating and managing Google Ads campaigns for high-growth brands. You will be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube ads to achieve desired results.

Key tasks include researching audiences, analyzing competitors, and uncovering growth opportunities. You will also optimize campaigns daily by adjusting bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting strategies based on performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPC.

A strong understanding of Google Ads for D2C brands is required along with hands-on experience running campaigns. Solid analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights are essential. Experience with Meta Ads or certifications in Google Ads is a plus but not mandatory.
