Job Title: Senior Paid Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, including keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and ad copy creation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction with campaign results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in paid marketing with a focus on PPC, social media advertising, and display advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful paid marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with experience in presenting campaign performance and strategy recommendations.
