Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced digital marketing strategist to manage high-performance marketing campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive maximum ROI and lead generation.
  2. Manage and allocate paid advertising budgets effectively to ensure campaign success.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive tracking and attribution systems to monitor campaign performance.
  4. Build and refine audience targeting strategies based on industry, company size, job title, and other relevant criteria.
  5. Collaborate with content and design teams to create impactful ad creatives and conversion-optimized landing pages.
  6. Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and call-to-action elements to improve performance continuously.
  7. Generate detailed campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  8. Identify and explore emerging digital marketing opportunities tailored to the industrial sector.
  9. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in lead generation.
  10. Partner with sales teams to evaluate lead quality and refine targeting strategies based on real-time feedback.
  11. Ensure alignment between digital marketing activities and broader marketing strategies and brand messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B or industrial sectors.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRM marketing platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), lead scoring, and campaign attribution models.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
