Expertise in Performance Marketing

We are seeking a skilled specialist to lead paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing ad spends, and scaling performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for better targeting.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously run A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, forecast spends, and ensure high ROI delivery.
  • Industry Updates: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and Ads.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience in agency environments with multi-client campaign management.
  • Familiarity with programmatic ads and marketing automation tools.
