Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, targeting local and regional businesses in North America. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing campaign strategies that drive real leads and revenue
  • Managing campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies
  • Providing weekly reports and actionable insights on campaign performance
  • Owning campaign results and meeting lead and sales KPIs

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Mandatory Google and Meta Ads Certification
  • Proven experience running Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of North American business segments and customer behavior
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency
