Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in online marketing tools and best practices, as well as experience in Paid Social ads specifically. They will also possess strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to drive new tests, analyze performance, and provide insights on how performance could be improved.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including search, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize Paid Social ad campaigns to achieve desired outcomes, such as increasing reach, frequency, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Paid Social ads specifically, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in Meta, Instagram, Twitter, and end-to-end campaign management, particularly reach and frequency campaigns.
  • Strong team and client management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Effective time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to drive new tests, analyze performance, and provide insights on how performance could be improved.
