The healthcare sector in India is undergoing a significant shift with healthcare costs rising at a rate three times faster than general inflation. Approximately 600 million Indians rely on employer-sponsored insurance due to unaffordability.

The mission is to provide high-quality insurance and healthcare to 10 million lives by FY2030 through companies that genuinely care. Backed by prominent investors, the aim is to make a meaningful impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive annual budgets and create financial models.
  • Monitor targets and implement course corrections against plan versus actual performance.
  • Publish regular Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards for leadership, investors, and management.
  • Deliver deep revenue analytics and insights.
  • Conduct periodic data reconciliation between internal and insurer data, follow up with insurers and internal sales teams to close revenue gaps.
  • Analyze cost Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor key metrics, bring valuable insights, and control leakages.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and be responsible for supporting metrics reporting for relevant processes.
  • Participate in projects aimed at system automations for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Strong data collection and manipulation skills.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with business leaders, influencing and persuading them effectively.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with editorial expertise.
  • Detailed expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, presentations, and models.
  • Prior experience in business-facing roles is an added advantage.
  • Strong experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
