The Mass Customization Platform is a modular, multi-tenant service that enables businesses to choose the solutions they need or assemble custom combinations, streamlining processes and making it easier and faster to introduce new products, reach customers, and track orders.

Pens.com specializes in promotional products, including writing instruments, stationery, drinkware, bags, gifts, and trade show accessories. Our global presence ensures timely delivery of products and services to customers across various markets.

We are seeking a skilled High Availability Infrastructure Specialist to collaborate with development and operations teams to build and maintain infrastructure, improve system reliability, and automate processes wherever possible.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement highly available infrastructure solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase system reliability and scalability
  • Automate repetitive tasks and processes using scripting languages and tools
  • Analyze system logs and metrics to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system configuration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing high availability infrastructure solutions
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
  • Strong understanding of system administration concepts, including security, backup, and disaster recovery
